Dressing:
1/4 c mayo
3 Tblsp honey
1 1/2 Tblsp white vinegar
dash of olive oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
For the chicken four drumsticks were put in the crockpot, then the meat pulled off and shredded, then browned in a frying pan.
I doubled the dressing recipe and it made roughly enough for five servings.
